Module · Onboarding

New-hire paperwork, without the paperwork.

Build onboarding packages for different employee types, collect information through electronic forms, gather signatures through a DocuSign-style e-sign flow, and hand completed packages off to Core HRM automatically.

How onboarding works

Package → collect → sign → done.

Pay-profile-targeted packages

Build onboarding flows for different employee types — Full Time Employee, part-time, contractors. Each packet ties to a Pay Profile and User Group so the right new hire gets the right docs.

Quick-add governmental forms

One-click setup for W-4, W-9, I-9, plus state forms. Choose PDF Form (static upload) or Dynamic Web Form (interactive entry).

DocuSign-style e-signatures

Electronic signature capture with audit trail. Multi-party signing — employee submits, manager counter-signs (e.g. I-9). Stored securely.

Customizable notifications

Templated emails for invite, manager e-sign notice, completion. Customize copy, edit content per packet, embed direct action links.

Auto-handoff to HR

Completed packages flow into Core HRM: employee profile, tax settings, direct deposit, benefits elections — without re-keying.

Live progress tracking

HR sees every in-flight onboarding with % complete, who’s stuck, what’s signed, what’s outstanding — at the per-document level.

HR dashboard

Every in-flight onboarding, on one screen.

The Onboard Dashboard is HR's tracking hub. Every new hire shows up with a live progress bar, the link's send and expiration dates, their campus and position. Click any row to see exactly where the packet stalled — at the per-document level.

Builder

Sections, packets, and how they get assembled.

The master library lives on one screen. Sections are individual documents — At-Will, Direct Deposit, W-4, I-9, AL-A4. Packets are bundles of sections — PT-AL Packet, PT-GA Packet, FT-CO Packet, Security Officer Packet — sequenced and pinned to a pay profile.

New hire view

A wizard, not a stack of PDFs.

Employees land on a step-by-step portal. A persistent left sidebar tracks every required document with checkmarks. Forms are dynamic — W-4 renders as interactive fields with helper text and IRS reference links.
